The story of the migrant workers who make their living by chopping down trees to make charcoal in Brazil. A look at a father's goals for his son. Their charcoal is used to make pig iron used primarily in the auto industry in the developed world. Beautifully photographed.

The interviews with the Charcoal People are interesting, and make one appreciate what we have in the USA; at times it seems like it is longer than it is. Overall we enjoyed it.
